A little bit about me…
My passion for health and wellbeing started when I was young.
Over the years of focusing on his work, and providing for his family, my father neglected his health (as is common with all too many men). This resulted in him needing life saving heart surgery.
This experience made me realise the significance of life and sent me down a path. I began researching, testing and educating myself on methods that would improve my life and enhancing my wellbeing.
This journey changed everything. I transformed myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I now use my years of experience to teach men on how they can achieve the same.
I do this through helping them put in place positive habits and self-discipline. To keep them focused on having a balanced life. Which in term makes them more productive, creative and energised with their work.
This balance is the foundation for achieving your best life. Especially if you want to reach your goals and be at the top of your game.
I live by this tenet to set a good example for my children, friends, family, and anyone that I work with.
I have 20 plus years experience in the health industry and a lifelong passion for psychology and physiology. Which I bring to every interaction of my coaching.
If you have any questions about working with me I’d love to hear from you.
